1001 at the Nagelberg Theatre

Page 73 Productions presents 1001, by Jason Grote, opening at the Nagelberg Theatre at the Baruch Performing Arts Center on 31 Oct 2007, following previews from 22 Oct and running through to 17 Nov 2007.

1001 hyperlinks Scheherazade's tales (A Thousand and One Arabian Nights) to guide us through a tour of the dizzyingly precarious world of the 21st century Manhattan. Time blurs and reality is fractured and reconstructed in a world inhabited by characters whose identity shifts unpredictably and deliriously.

Directed by Ethan McSweeny, 1001 features Mia Barron, Drew Cortese, Roxanna Hope, Jonathan Hova, Matt Rauch and John Livingstone Rolle.

The design team comprises Rachel Hauck (sets), Murell Horton (costumes), Tyler Micoleau (lighting) and Lindsay Jones (sound).
