China Anne McClain

China Anne McClain makes her Broadway debut as Daisy Buchanan in The Great Gatsby on Broadway at the Broadway Theatre.

Having gotten her start on Disney Channel, McClain is best known for starring as Uma in the Descendants film franchise and Chyna Parks in A.N.T. Farm. Beyond Disney, she played Jazmine Payne in Tyler Perry's House of Payne and The Paynes, Charlotte McKenzie in Grown Ups and Grown Ups 2, and Jennifer Pierce/Lightning in Black Lightning.

McClain is also a singer, having released music as a solo artist and as part of a girl group with her sisters. Her best-known songs include "Calling All the Monsters" (for A.N.T. Farm) and "What's My Name" (for Descendants).
