Roundabout Theatre Company has now announced complete casting for its upcoming world premiere of Daniel Zaitchik's Darling Grenadine, which marks the first new Roundabout Underground musical in a decade. Previews begin at the Black Box Theatre in the Harold and Miriam Steinberg Center for Theatre on January 16, 2020, ahead of an official opening on February 10 and a limited engagement through March 15, 2020.

The cast will include Matt Dallal (as Man), Jay Armstrong Johnson (as Paul), Adam Kantor (as Harry), Aury Krebs (as Woman), Mike Nappi (as The Street Musician), and Emily Walton (as Louise).

Synopsis: "When charismatic songwriter Harry falls for clever chorus girl Louise, all of Manhattan glitters with the blush of new love. But what happens when the sparkling fantasy begins to dissolve? Bubbling over with charm, wit, and whimsy, Darling Grenadine navigates the tension between romance and reality, light and dark, bitter and sweet."

Directed and choreographed by Michael Beresse, the creative team also features music direction by David Gardos, orchestrations by Matthew Moisey, scenic design by Tim Mackabee, costume design by Emily Rebholz, lighting design by Lap Chi Chu, sound design by Brian Ronan, and projections by Edward T Morris. In addition, William Berloni serves as Animal Trainer for the production.

Darling Grenadine Tickets are available now for performances from January 16 through March 15, 2020.
