Pure Yanni debuts at the Lunt-Fontanne Theatre on Broadway

The 2019 In Residence on Broadway series continues at the Lunt-Fontanne Theatre tonight, as legendary composer and multi-instrumentalist Yanni debuts his Pure Yanni concert event, scheduled to run for five performances only through June 2, 2019.

Pure Yanni is a stripped-back, intimate concert event, showcasing the multi-gold and platinum-selling artist on the piano. Yanni will also share his inspirations and his creative process with fans in attendance, who will also have the opportunity to participate in a live Q&A session with the celebrated composer.

Yanni has performed legendary concerts around the world in unique and breathtaking settings, including the Acropolis in Greece, the Taj Mahal in India, the Kremlin in Russia, the Great Pyramids of Egypt, and Radio City Music Hall in New York City to name just a few. He has sold over 25 million albums worldwide, receiving over 40 gold and platinum certifications as well as multiple Grammy Award nominations over the course of his career.

Pure Yanni in Residence on Broadway features lighting design by Tony and Emmy Award nominee Mike Baldassari and sound design by five-time Tony Award nominee Peter Hylenski and Tony Award nominee Garth Helm.

The In Residence on Broadway series is presented by Live Nation, The Araca Group and EBG (Entertainment Benefits Group).
