The long-running Off-Broadway parody Puffs; or, Seven Increasingly Eventful Years at a Certain School of Magic and Magic has now posted a closure notice. The production will play its final performance at New World Stages on August 18, having played over 750 performances.

Puffs began previews on September 29, 2016, before an official opening on October 20, 2016.

The current cast features Madeleine Bundy (as Susie), Jessie Cannizzarro (as Sally), Nick Carrillo (as J. Finch), Anna Dart (as Hannah), Alex Haynes (as Cedric), Reginald Keith Jackson (as Oliver), Sonia Mena (as Megan), Andy Miller (as Leanne), Zac Moon (as Wayne), Stephen Stout (as Ernie Mac), and Harry Waller (as The Narrator).

Synopsis: "Puffs, Or: Seven Increasingly Eventful Years at a Certain School of Magic & Magic gives you a front row seat to the sidelines of the world's most famous magical journey. Follow the story of a young wizard named Wayne and the Puffs-a group of well-meaning, loyal rejects with a thing for badgers!"

Puffs features an original book by Matt Cox, music by Brian Hoes and direction by Kristin McCarthy Parker, with scenic design by Liz Blessing & Madeleine Bundy, costume design by Madeleine Bundy, lighting design by Michelle Kelleher, and sound design by Matt Cox.

Puffs; or, Seven Increasingly Eventful Years at a Certain School of Magic and Magic Tickets are available now for performances through August 18, 2019.
