New cast members join Puffs at New World Stages

Reginald Keith Jackson and more join the company of the hit off-Broadway comedy.

A handful of new wizards and witches will grace the stage of Puffs, Or: Seven Increasingly Eventful Years at a Certain School of Magic and Magic tonight, as the hit off-Broadway comedy continues its open-ended run at New World Stages.

The new cast members include Reginald Keith Jackson (as Oliver), Anna Dart (as Hannah), Alex Haynes (as Cedric), Sonia Mena (as Megan), and Harry Waller (as the Narrator). Original cast members Langston Belton, Julie Ann Earls, A.J. Ditty and Eleanor Phillips, along with James Fouhey, have all now exited the production.

The current cast of Puffs includes (in alphabetical order) Madeleine Bundy (as Susie), Jessie Cannizzarro (as Sally), Nick Carrillo (as J. Finch), Anna Dart (as Hannah), Alex Haynes (as Cedric), Reginald Keith Jackson (as Oliver), Sonia Mena (as Megan), Andy Miller (as Leanne), Zac Moon (as Wayne), Stephen Stout (as Ernie Mac), and Harry Waller (as the Narrator).

Puffs, Or: Seven Increasingly Eventful Years at a Certain School of Magic and Magic is written by Matt Cox and directed by Kristin McCarthy Parker.

Synopsis: "Puffs gives you a front row seat to the sidelines of the world's most famous magical journey. Follow the story of a young wizard named Wayne and the Puffs-a group of well-meaning, loyal rejects with a thing for badgers!"

The creative team features original music by Brian Hoes, scenic design by Liz Blessing & Madeleine Bundy, costume design by Madeleine Bundy, lighting design by Michelle Kelleher and sound design by Matt Cox.

Puffs, Or: Seven Increasingly Eventful Years at a Certain School of Magic and Magic originally premiered at the Peoples Improv Theater in December 2015, before moving to the Elektra Theater in October 2016. In July 2017, it transferred to its current home at New World Stages. On May 9 and May 12, 2018, "Puffs: Filmed Live Off Broadway" was broadcast to over 1,200 cinemas across the United States in partnership with Fathom Events.

Puffs is produced off-Broadway by Tilted Windmills Theatricals.
