LaVon Fisher-Wilson is to play the role of 'Matron "Mama" Morton' from 14 Nov 2008 in the Broadway musical Chicago, winner of six 1997 Tony Awards - including Best Musical Revival.
Fisher-Wilson made her Broadway debut in 2007 when she joined the swing of the Broadway musical 'The Color Purple' (2005).
