Arthur Miller's All My Sons, starring Annette Bening & Tracy Letts, extends on Broadway

Roundabout Theatre Company's Broadway revival will now play its final performance at the American Airlines Theatre on June 30, 2019.

Roundabout Theatre Company has announced a 1-week extension for its Tony-nominated Broadway revival of Arthur Miller's All My Sons, directed by Tony Award winner Jack O'Brien, which began previews at Broadway's American Airlines Theatre on April 4, 2019, and officially opened on April 22. The limited engagement will now run through to June 30, 2019 (instead of June 23).

Synopsis: "In the aftermath of WWII, the Keller family struggles to stay intact and to fight for their future when a long-hidden secret threatens to emerge—forcing them to reckon with greed, denial, repentance, and post-war disenchantment across generations. All My Sons is widely considered as the play that launched Arthur Miller as the moral voice of the American Theater."

The production is currently nominated for three Tony Awards - "Best Revival of a Play," "Best Performance by an Actress in a Leading Role in a Play" (for Annette Bening), and "Best Performance by an Actor in a Featured Role in a Play" for Benjamin Walker).

The cast of All My Sons includes Golden Globe winner and Oscar, Tony & Emmy Award nominee Annette Bening (as Kate Keller), Tony Award winner Tracy Letts (as Joe Keller) and Tony Award nominee Benjamin Walker (as Chris Keller), Francesca Carpanini (as Ann Deever), Hampton Fluker (as George Deever), Michael Hayden (as Dr. Jim Bayliss), Jenni Barber (as Lydia Lubey), Nehal Joshi (as Frank Lubey), and Chinasa Ogbuagu (as Sue Bayliss).

The creative team behind All My Sons features original music by Bob James, scenic design by Douglas W. Schmidt, costume design by Jane Greenwood, lighting design by Natasha Katz, sound design by John Gromada, video & projections design by Jeff Sugg, and hair & wig design by Tom Watson.

Annette Bening is a widely-celebrated film star, who hasn't appeared on the Broadway stage since her Tony-nominated Broadway debut in Coastal Disturbances over three decades ago. She played Holly Dancer in the play's premiere from February to August 1987. On the silver screen, she has received four Academy Award nominations for her performances in "The Kids Are All Right" (in 2011), "Being Julia" (in 2005), "American Beauty" (in 2000), and "The Grifters" (in 1991). She has also won two Golden Globes and earned a further six Golden Globe nominations. Other notable film credits include "Film Stars Don't Die in Liverpool," "20th Century Women," "Running with Scissors," "Mars Attacks!," "The American President," and "Bugsy," and "The Great Outdoors." On television, she earned an Emmy Award nomination in 2006 for her performance as Jean Harris in HBO's "Mrs. Harris."

Tracy Letts is the Tony Award and Pulitzer Prize-winning playwright behind August: Osage County. He is also a Pulitzer Prize finalist for his plays The Minutes and Man from Nebraska. As an actor, Mr. Letts has previously appeared on the Broadway stage as Bob Jones in The Realistic Joneses in 2014 and as George in Who's Afraid of Virgina Woolf? from 2012 to 2013, winning a Tony Award for the latter. His recent film appearances include "The Post," "Lady Bird," and "The Big Short," and on TV, he has appeared as Jack Novack on USA Network's "The Sinner," as Nick on HBO's "Divorce," and as Andrew Lockhart on Showtime's "Homeland."
