The Emmy and Tony Award-nominated actor stars as the late Russian politician Boris Berezovsky in the newest play from the creator of Netflix's The Crown.

Photos have been released of Patriots on Broadway, starring Boardwalk Empire and Dopesick's Michael Stuhlbarg. Russia meets New York at the Barrymore Theatre, where this new play by Peter Morgan is in performances through June 23.

The playwright, who created Netflix's Emmy Award-winning show The Crown, turns his pen to Russian politics for Patriots. The show follows the power struggle between Vladimir Putin and Boris Berezovsky, the oligarch who put Putin into power and later became his fiercest critic — and, therefore, an enemy of the state.

Stuhlbarg stars as Berezovsky opposite Will Keen, who reprises his award-winning performance as Putin from Patriots's critically acclaimed world premiere in London. See photos of the cast below, and get tickets to see this infamous battle of the world stage unfold on the Broadway stage.
