Two-time Oscar winner Brody (The Pianist, The Brutalist) and Emmy and BAFTA Award nominee Thompson (Hedda, Creed) make their Broadway debuts in Lindsey Ferrentino's true-crime drama at the James Earl Jones Theatre.
The Fear of 13 unfolds through conversations between Nick Yarris (Brody), who wrongfully spent 22 years on death row in Pennsylvania, and Jacki (Thompson), a prison volunteer who helped him fight for his release. Tony Award winner David Cromer directs the play, which was nominated for two Olivier Awards for its world-premiere London run in 2024, also starring Brody.
The Broadway cast also includes Jeb Kreager, Victor Cruz, Ephraim Sykes, Michael Cavinder, Eddie Cooper, and Joel Marsh Garland.
