The Collaboration has new collaborators! Krysta Rodriguez and Erik Jensen complete the cast of Anthony McCarten's new Broadway play about artists Andy Warhol and Jean-Michel Basquiat. They join previously announced stars Paul Bettany as Warhol and Jeremy Pope as Basquiat.

Rodriguez, who is currently starring as Cinderella in Into the Woods on Broadway, will play Basquiat's girlfriend Maya. Jensen, known for creating the acclaimed Off-Broadway docudramas Coal Country and The Exonerated, will play Bruno Bischofberger, Warhol and Basquiat's art dealer.

The Collaboration centers on the friendship and professional partnership that grew between Warhol and Basquiat as they prepared for their joint art show in the 1980s. McCarten, the Oscar-nominated screenwriter of semi-fictional biopics like Bohemian Rhapsody and The Theory of Everything, imagines the artists' conversations about art, money, and life.
