Hannah Thompson joins the cast of 'Friends! The Musical Parody'

Hannah Thompson has previously starred as Lucy in Jekyll and Hyde, Mrs. Banks in Mary Poppins, and The Bakers Wife in Into the Woods.

Mary Poppins and Into the Woods star Hannah Thompson has joined the cast of Friends! The Musical Parody, which is playing off Broadway at the Theater Center.

Thompson will play Phoebe, and joins Alexa Freeman as Monica, Briana Sky Riley as Rachel, Devin Pfieffer as Ross, Will Boone as Chandler, Brett Miller as Joey, Erin Hyatt as Female Swing, and Zach Perrin as Male Swing.

Thompson has previously starred as Lucy in Jekyll and Hyde, Mrs. Banks in Mary Poppins, and The Bakers Wife in Into the Woods.

Friends! The Musical Parody has a book and lyrics by Bob and Tobly Mcsmith and music by Assaf Gleizner.

The show pokes fun at the popular TV series set in New York, which launched the careers of Jennifer Aniston, Courteney Cox, Lisa Kudrow, Matt LeBlanc, Matthew Perry, and David Schwimmer. Recreating moments from all 10 seasons of the show, the musical tracks the lives of these twentysomethings as the navigate love, life, and growing up.
