The Off-Broadway revival of Danny and the Deep Blue Sea has set a lottery ticket policy, with $20 lottery tickets available for all performances via TodayTix. Starring Aubrey Plaza and Christopher Abbott, the show runs at the Lucille Lortel Theatre from October 30 to January 7 only.

Users must download the TodayTix app on iOS or Android to enter the weekly Danny and the Deep Blue Sea lottery. The lottery opens for entries at 12:01 a.m. each Sunday for that week's performances, and it closes at noon the day before each performance. Winners will be notified via email and/or text the day before their chosen performance, and they will have 30 minutes to claim and purchase their tickets in-app.

The lottery is free to enter, and each person can request up to 2 tickets. Each person can enter the lottery once per performance.

John Patrick Shanley's Danny and the Deep Blue Sea follows Danny (Abbott) and Roberta (Plaza), two self-destructive strangers who meet at a Bronx dive bar. What begins as a tense interaction develops into a connection — if not love — that might save each of them from themselves.

The show marks Plaza's stage debut and the stage directorial debut of Jeff Ward.
