'Beetlejuice' Broadway cast set
The musical adaptation of the cult classic film returns to Broadway for the third time, playing a limited engagement at the Palace Theater starting in October.
Beetlejuice on Broadway has named the cast for its latest NYC run at the Palace Theatre, set to run from October 8 to January 3 only.
The Beetlejuice Broadway cast is led by Justin Collette as Beetlejuice, Isabella Esler as Lydia, Megan McGinnis as Barbara, Will Burton as Adam, Jesse Sharp as Charles, and Jenni Barber as Delia. Madison Mosley plays Lydia at select performances.
Additional featured performers are Patrick Oliver Jones as Otho, Travis Mitchell as Maxie Dean, Sharone Sayegh as Maxine Dean/Juno, Vanessa Aurora Sierra as Miss Argentina, and Emilia Tagliani as Girl Scout.
The ensemble includes Sophie Aknin, Michael Biren, Ryan Breslin, Jonathan Bryant, Marc Ginsburg, Katie Griffith, Eric Anthony Johnson, Maya Kazzaz, Matthew Kurzyniec, Kenway Hon Wai K Kua, Mateo Melendez, and Lexie Dorsett Sharp.
Adapted from the 1988 film, the Beetlejuice musical follows the title poltergeist as he raises hell in a suburban home with the help of its deceased former residents and goth teenager Lydia. Beetlejuice previously ran on Broadway from 2019-20 and 2022-23 under the direction of Alex Timbers.
Beetlejuice also features a score by Eddie Perfect; a book by Scott Brown and Anthony King; choreography by Connor Gallagher; music supervision, orchestrations, and incidental music by Kris Kukul; scenic design by David Korins, costume design by William Ivey Long; lighting design by Kenneth Posner; sound design by Peter Hylenski; projection design by Peter Nigrini; puppet design by Michael Curry; special effects design by Jeremy Chernick; illusions by Michael Weber; hair and wig design by Charles G. LaPointe; makeup design by Joe Dulude II; dance arrangements by David Dabbon; music producing by Matt Stine; and music direction by Andy Grobengieser.
