Ruthie Ann Miles stars as Mrs. Antrobus in The Seat of Our Pants at The Public Theater from October 23 to November 30, 2025.
Miles is best known for her Tony Award-winning performance as Lady Thiang in The King and I and Tony-nominated performance as the Beggar Woman in Sweeney Todd, both on Broadway. She also reprised her role as Lady Thiang in London's West End.
Off Broadway, she starred as Imelda Marcos in the world premiere of the David Byrne/Fatboy Slim musical Here Lies Love, winning a Theatre World Award and a Lucille Lortel Award.
On screen, she has appeared in the TV shows The Americans and All Rise.
