Julianne Moore

Julianne Moore stars in Faydra off Broadway at New York City Center starting February 2, 2027.

Moore starred in two Off-Broadway shows, Serious Money and Ice Cream with Hot Fudge, with The Public Theater early in her career, and she made her Broadway debut in The Vertical Hour from 2006-07. She is best known, however, for her extensive TV and film career, throughout which she has won an Oscar, a BAFTA Award, two Emmy Awards, two Golden Globe Awards, and two Screen Actors Guild Awards.

Moore won her Oscar for her starring role in Still Alice, and she received nominations for her performances in Boogie Nights, The End of the Affair, Far from Heaven, and The Hours. Additional major film credits include The Hunger Games series, the Todd Haynes films Safe and May December, and other blockbusters including Nine Months, The Lost World: Jurassic Park, The Big Lebowski, and Crazy, Stupid, Love, among many others.

Additionally, she won a Daytime Emmy for her regular role as Frannie and Sabrina Hughes on As the World Turns and a Primetime Emmy for playing Sarah Palin in the TV movie Game Change. She has also led miniseries including Lisey's Story, Mary & George, and Sirens.
