Casey Likes is known for his back-to-back breakthrough Broadway performances as William Miller in Almost Famous, which marked his Broadway debut, and as Marty McFly in Back to the Future: The Musical, for which he received an Outer Critics Circle Award nomination. He went on to star as J.D. in the 2025 Off-Broadway revival of Heathers The Musical.

He has also played Gene Simmons in the film Spinning Gold and appeared in other films like Dark Harvest, Everything Must Go, and The Birch.
