Presto! Magician Rob Lake will appear on Broadway this holiday season in Rob Lake Magic with Special Guests The Muppets, running for 12 weeks only at the Broadhurst Theatre from October 28 to January 18. Opening night is November 6.

Making his Broadway performing debut, Lake has been named "The World's Greatest Illusionist" by NBC, and he is known for his appearances on America's Got Talent and live shows all around the world. He will be joined on stage by Kermit the Frog and his friends to add their own humor and magic alongside Lake's own.

“I’ve been performing magic my entire life, and it has always been my greatest dream to perform my show on Broadway,” Lake said in a statement. “Like so many people around the world, I grew up with The Muppets. To work with them and create new illusions for them to appear in my show has been the most rewarding and surprisingly familiar moment. It’s like I have known them my entire life.”

“After years of touring the world, we are so excited that Broadway audiences will finally get to marvel at the exceptional talents of Rob Lake," said producers Joe Quenqua and Gareth Lake of Glass Half Full Productions in a joint statement. "Pairing his mind-blowing illusions with The Muppets and their singular classic humor is truly a dream come true — for all of us!”

Bethany Pettigrew is the creative consultant, and and Kevin Zak is the script consultant. Additional creative team members have yet to be announced.
