A winner of the 2025 Pulitzer Prize for Drama, Purpose is an epic family drama that explores what happens when the youngest son of an Illinois family returns home with an uninvited friend, forcing everyone to confront their faith, politics, and the legacy of Black radicalism.
LaTanya Richardson Jackson, Glenn Davis, Jon Michael Hill, Kara Young, and Harry Lennix, all nominated for a Tony Award, star alongside Alana Arenas.
