Second Stage Theater has named the complete cast for Becky Shaw on Broadway, which starts performances at the Hayes Theater on March 18 ahead of an April 6 opening.
Newly joining the cast are Emmy Award nominee Madeline Brewer (You, The Handmaid’s Tale) in her Broadway debut as Becky Shaw and Tony Award winner Lauren Patten (Jagged Little Pill) as Suzanna. They join the previously announced Patrick Ball (The Pitt) as Andrew, Alden Ehrenreich (Weapons) as Max, and three-time Tony nominee Linda Emond (Life x 3, Death of a Salesman, Cabaret) as Susan.
Gina Gionfriddo's Pulitzer Prize-nominated dark comedy follows a blind date that goes wildly off the rails. The 2026 production marks Becky Shaw's, and Gionfriddo's, Broadway debuts after the play premiered off Broadway with Second Stage in 2009.
The creative team includes director Trip Cullman, scenic designer David Zinn, costume designer Kaye Voyce, lighting designer Stacey Derosier, and sound designer M.L. Dogg.
