Adrienne Warren to join 'Proof' on Broadway

Tony Award winner Adrienne Warren is set to join the cast of David Auburn’s Proof, which is playing at The Booth Theatre on Broadway. Warren begins performances on June 30, taking over from Kara Young.

She will play Claire, joining Emmy, SAG, and Golden Globe Award winner Ayo Edebiri, Academy Award nominee, Golden Globe Award winner, and Emmy Award nominee Don Cheadle, and Grammy Award nominee Jin Ha.

Warren was most recently seen on stage in the New York City Center Encores! staging of Michael John LaChiusa's The Wild Party, and last year, she appeared as Cathy in the revival of The Last Five Years alongside Nick Jonas. She won a Tony Award for the title role in Tina: The Tina Turner Musical.
