Julia Knitel stars as Ewen Montagu in Operation Mincemeat on Broadway at the Golden Theatre.
Knitel is best known for her Tony Award-nominated performance as Maggie Johnson and others in Dead Outlaw on Broadway in 2025. She reprised the role from the musical's 2024 Off-Broadway premiere, when she earned an Outer Critics Circle Award nomination. Additional Broadway credits include Beautiful: The Carole King Musical and Bye Bye Birdie.
In 2018, she received a Lucille Lortel Award nomination for her performance as Barbara Katsef in the Off-Broadway musical Letter to Harvey Milk.
