Gina Torres stars as Omara Portuondo in Buena Vista Social Club on Broadway at the Gerald Schoenfeld Theatre from October 13 to November 29, 2026.
Torres appeared on Broadway in Face Value and The Best Little Whorehouse Goes Public between 1993 and 1994, more recently performing off Broadway in Pen Pals in 2026. She is best known, however, for her screen roles as Zoë Washburne in Firefly and its film sequel Serenity, Jessica Pearson in Suits and its spin-off series Pearson, and Tommy Vega on 9-1-1: Lone Star.
