The star of The Office and The Quiet Place headlines Penelope Skinner's solo show about a man named Roger who gets caught up in online conspiracy theories.

Nothing to be angry about here — first-look photos have been released of John Krasinski in Angry Alan off Broadway, now playing at Studio Seaview through August 3.

The star of The Office and A Quiet Place returns to the NYC stage for the first time since 2016 in this solo show by Penelope Skinner. Krasinski plays a man named Roger who, at a low point in his life, finds himself sucked in by the extremist rhetoric shared by an online personality called Angry Alan.

"Playing a character who's lost is extremely exciting because we all feel that way on certain days," Krasinski told New York Theatre Guide. "You need some inspiration, and you need some answers.
