He has a few more moments into the woods! Sebastian Arcelus will return to Into the Woods on Broadway for the final week of its run, from January 3-8. The critically acclaimed revival currently plays the St. James Theatre.

Arcelus will play the Baker opposite Stephanie J. Block, his real-life spouse, as the Baker's Wife.

Additionally, Diane Phelan, the current understudy for the role of Cinderella, will play the role full time for the final two weeks of the show's run, replacing Denee Benton. Phelan steps into the role December 26.

Into the Woods, by Stephen Sondheim and James Lapine, follows a set of storybook characters as they meet in the woods on various quests for happily ever after. But soon, they learn what happens after "happily ever after," and it's not all a fairytale.

Who is in the Into the Woods Broadway cast?

In addition to Benton and Block, the current Into the Woods Broadway cast includes Joaquina Kalukango as The Witch, Gavin Creel as the Wolf/Cinderella’s Prince, Joshua Henry as Rapunzel’s Prince, Katy Geraghty as Little Red Ridinghood, Jim Stanek as the Steward, Ann Harada as Jack’s Mother, Cole Thompson as Jack, and Alysia Velez as Rapunzel.
