'Love Actually? The Unauthorized Musical Parody' announces full Off-Broadway cast

There's casting, actually! The full cast has been announced for the Off-Broadway premiere of Love Actually? The Unauthorized Musical Parody. The musical begins performances November 24 at the Jerry Orbach Theater at the Theater Center ahead of a November 30 opening night, just in time for the Christmas season.

The cast includes Kayla Catan as Keira Knightley and others, Isaiah Hein as Liam Neeson and others, James Parks as Colin Firth and others, Eric Peters as Hugh Grant and others, Joyah Spangler as Emma Thompson and others, and Tony Tillman as Peter and others. Thanos Skouteris and Amber Wright join the company as swings.

Love Actually? The Unauthorized Musical Parody is a send-up of the 2003 romantic comedy film. In the five weeks leading up to Christmas, nine couples look for love in London, and all find themselves at Heathrow Airport. Their lives and stories intertwine in unexpected ways as they wind up in all different romantic scenarios, from being the Prime Minister and falling for your secretary to declaring your love for your best friend's wife via poster board.

The musical features a book from Bob and Tobly McSmith, creators of The Office! A Musical Parody and Friends! The Musical Parody, and music and orchestration by Basil Winterbottom. Tim Drucker directs.
