Roundabout Theatre Company has announced preliminary casting for its New York-premiere production of The Wanderers, written by Anna Ziegler. Katie Holmes will star in the Off-Broadway show at the Laura Pels Theatre from January 26 to March 26. Opening night is February 16.

Holmes's other theatre credits include All My Sons, opposite John Lithgow, Patrick Wilson, and Diane Wiest, and Dead Accounts, both on Broadway. She is known for her onscreen roles in the films Batman Begins and The Ice Storm, and as Joey Potter on the TV show Dawson's Creek.
