We know things now, many wonderful things — like casting for Into the Woods on Broadway! Casting for the hit musical revival has been announced through November 20.

Newly announced is Brian d'Arcy James, who will return to the role of the Baker from October 25. James previously played the role opposite Sara Bareilles as the Baker's Wife from when the Broadway production began in June through September 4. He will replace Sebastian Arcelus, who will play his final performance October 23.

In addition, Andy Karl will take over the role of Rapunzel's Prince from Joshua Henry on October 11. Karl previously stepped into a similar role, as the Wolf/Cinderella's Prince, earlier this month, taking over for Gavin Creel from September 6-15.

Current cast members staying on through November 20 include Patina Miller and Montego Glover sharing the role of The Witch, Stephanie J. Block as the Baker's Wife, Creel as the Wolf/Cinderella's Prince, Krysta Rodriguez as Cinderella, Katy Geraghty as Little Red Ridinghood, Jim Stanek as the Steward, Ann Harada as Jack's Mother, Cole Thompson as Jack, and Alysia Velez as Rapunzel.

Into the Woods is set to run through January 8 at the St. James Theatre. Casting from November 22 to January 8 has yet to be announced.

In Stephen Sondheim and James Lapine's Into the Woods, various fairytale characters meet in the woods while they're all on different quests for happily ever after. Though they get what they wish for, they soon discover that "happily ever after" isn't all it's cracked up to be.

The musical won three Tony Awards in 1988, and a New York Theatre Guide review of this Into the Woods revival, which premiered this past spring at New York City Center before moving to Broadway, calls it "bewitchingly beautiful and impeccably performed."
