Audible Theater has announced two upcoming shows in its spring season: Chris Gethard's A Father & The Sun and Michael Cruz Kayne's Sorry For Your Loss. Both are set to play at the Minetta Lane Theatre, Audible's theatrical home.

A Father & The Sun will play for three performances only, from March 31 to April 2. Gethard, known for roles on The Office and Broad City, will discuss the joys, humors, and challenges he discovered about fatherhood after becoming a dad.

Kayne's Sorry For Your Loss blends comedy and tragedy, as the show is inspired by a loss Kayne suffered. A tweet he issued on the 10th anniversary was met with a viral outpouring of support, and he wrote the show to connect with anyone who ever has experienced or will experience loss.

The show runs for six weeks beginning April 28, with opening night on May 8. Josh Sharp directs. Sorry For Your Loss also features scenic design by Brett Banakis, costume design by Rodrigo Muñoz, lighting design by Cha See, sound design by Connor Wang, and projection design by Aaron Rhyne.

Audible Theater's spring season also includes Lucy, currently running through February 25, and Drinking in America, Eric Bogosian's show about alcoholism and masculinity performed by Andre Royo.

All Audible Theater shows, including A Father & The Sun and Sorry For Your Loss, are recorded live and will be released later as audio dramas.
