A Sherlock Carol has announced casting for its Off-Broadway premiere. The play begins previews at New World Stages November 11 ahead of an opening night on November 22, and it will run for eight weeks until January 2.

Drew McVety and Thom Sesma will star as Sherlock Holmes and Ebenezer Scrooge, respectively. The company also includes Tony Award nominee and Drama Desk Award winner Isabel Keating, Dan Domingues, Anissa Felix, and Mark Price.

In Mark Shanahan's play, a now-grown Tiny Tim enlists Sherlock Holmes' help to investigate the death of Scrooge. In doing so, Holmes is haunted by the spirits of the past, present, and future as Scrooge once was. Shanahan will also direct the Off-Broadway production.

A Sherlock Carol tickets will be available soon.
