About Chamber Music Society of Lincoln Center: The Wadsworth Legacy

Over two decades, CMS Founding Artistic Director Charles Wadsworth expanded the awareness of chamber music at Lincoln Center and beyond. CMS pays tribute to its founder with a program featuring a super-star vocal quartet with pianists Ken Noda and Wu Han in Schumann’s Spanische Liederspiel.

• Robert Schumann - Spanisches Liederspiel for Vocal Quartet and Piano, Op. 74 (1849)

• Robert Schumann - “Ich bin dein Baum” from Minnespiel for Mezzo-Soprano, Baritone, and Piano, Op. 101, No. 2 (1849)
