NEA Jazz Master Charles Lloyd celebrates his 85th birthday at Rose Theater with two very special all-star bands. Friday evening features Sangam, with iconic Indian percussionist Zakir Hussain and drummer Eric Harland, while Saturday night features the New Quartet, with Harland, pianist Jason Moran, and bassist Reuben Rogers.
