About Rachel Bloom: Death, Let Me Do My Show

From the co-creator and star of Crazy Ex-Girlfriend comes a one-woman musical comedy that is definitely NOT about the ever-present spectre of death. Rachel Bloom’s new show is filled with raunchy and escapist material that will in NO way explore the pandemic and all the tumultuous events that ensued in her personal life. NOTHING will stop Rachel from partying like it's 2019!

Clever, Funny

See it if personal stories told with irreverent humor and the occasional goofy song.

Don’t see it if surprisingly heavy content and the end drags

Raunchy, Thought-provoking, Strong performance, Funny, Clever

See it if you enjoy Rachel Bloom (I do!) There are songs, jokes, and some philosophy. The time flew.

Don’t see it if you dislike raunchiness or expect lots of songs (there are just a few). Core of the story is (Covid) sad, so don't go if that's a trigger.

Funny, Great acting, Resonant, Thought-provoking, Entertaining

See it if The minute comedian Rachel Bloom enters in a sequined pants suit, you know what's coming: a darkly raucous, delightfully weighty dramady

Don’t see it if Bloom's comedic journey takes time finding its sea legs but once sturdy, there's no stopping this roller coaster thru motherhood & Covid

Dark humor, Thought-provoking, Raunchy, Poignant, Funny

See it if you want to see a comedic exploration of death. Funny and moving at the same time. If you are ok with cursing/explicit content.

Don’t see it if you want something light. This isn't afraid to deal with serious content. If you don't want to revisit the early days of the pandemic.
