He's moved from Schitt's Creek to Big Cherry. Noah Reid, known for his role as Patrick Brewer on the sitcom Schitt's Creek, joins the Broadway cast of The Minutes. Performances of Tracy Letts's play begin March 19, 2022 ahead of an April 7 opening night.

Aside from Schitt's Creek, Reid has had recurring roles in television series including Strange Days at Blake Holsey High, Jane and the Dragon, Pippi Longstocking, and Titanic, as well as lead roles in films such as Score: A Hockey Musical and The Archivists.

The Minutes initially began preview performances on February 25, 2020, but the Broadway shutdown cut the play's run short before its planned March 15, 2020 opening. Alongside the newly announced Reid, much of the 2020 cast is confirmed to return to their roles, including Ian Barford, Blair Brown, Cliff Chamberlain, K. Todd Freeman, Tracy Letts, Danny Mccarthy, Jessie Mueller, Sally Murphy, Austin Pendleton, and Jeff Still.

The play is set at a town council meeting in the small town of Big Cherry. Greed and hypocrisy come to light when a new resident starts to ask about the secrets the town's officials seem to be keeping. The Minutes will run at Studio 54.

The Minutes tickets will be available on New York Theatre Guide soon.
