UPDATE: Tony Award winner Andrew Burnap and Danny Wolohan complete the Off-Broadway cast of Spain.

Second Stage Theater has announced initial casting for its production of Spain at the Tony Kiser Theater. Performances begin November 8 ahead of a November 30 opening night.

The Spain Off-Broadway cast includes Tony Award nominee Marin Ireland, Zachary James, and Erik Lochtefeld. Two additional cast members have yet to be announced.

Spain also features scenic design by Dane Laffrey, costume design by Alejo Vietti, lighting design by Jen Schriever, and original music and sound design by Daniel Kluger.

Jen Silverman's world-premiere play explores the influence art has on the world — for better or worse — by following a group of Spanish filmmakers whose game-changing war film happens to be funded by the KGB. Tyne Rafaeli directs.
