About Two Girls
In its world premiere this fall, Two Girls revisits one of the 2000s’ most viral shock-porn videos, using verbatim dialogue to construct a strange, irreverent examination of sex, disgust and the body. This darkly funny two-hander explores what we look at as we develop our sexualities and why we can’t look away. The show is written by Eliya Smith (Dad Don’t Read This, Grief Camp), developed with experimental theater ensemble The Goat Exchange (Time Passes, Deadclass Ohio) and Cherry Lane Theatre, directed by Chloe Claudel and Mitchell Polonsky and stars Claudel and Juliana Sass.
