In Two Strangers (Carry a Cake Across New York), Dougal has arrived in New York for the first time to attend the wedding of the father he’s never met. But first, he meets Robin, the bride's sister and a no-nonsense New Yorker with a lot of errands to do for the bride — including picking up the groom’s estranged son from the airport.
Dougal and Robin could not be more opposite: he's an upbeat romantic, she's a practical thinker. Two Strangers (Carry a Cake Across New York) sets up a classic meet cute and rearranges it in unexpected and hilarious ways. Directed and choreographed by Tim Jackson, the musical stars Christiani Pitts (A Bronx Tale) and Olivier Award winner Sam Tutty (Dear Evan Hansen).
