See the newest comedy show from Josh Sharp, co-star and co-writer of A24's hilarious Dicks: The Musical. ta-da! plays only this summer at downtown's Greenwich House Theater. Directed by Tony Award winner Sam Pinkleton (Oh, Mary!), ta-da! is a unique solo show featuring a manic PowerPoint with 2,000 slides — and just as many gags.

ta-da! off Broadway offers a speedy, delirious, and insightful look into Sharp's thoughts, experiences, and career. Don't look away: expect jokes highbrow and low alongside sad but sweet stories, but most impressive may be the Herculean feat of insanity that is Sharp memorizing a new slide every 2.1 seconds.

A rising comedic talent, Sharp is known for his TV credits including Search Party, At Home With Amy Sedaris, and Matt Rogers: Have You Heard of Christmas?. The production features a thrilling video design, plus some magic.

"When I saw Josh Sharp do an earlier version of this show, it was like nothing I've ever seen before: an utterly breathless, indescribable, idiotic feat of theatrical wizardry," said Pinkleton in a statement. "If it is anything less this time around, I will be the one to blame."

"As a gay comedian, I'm thrilled to finally fulfill my birthright: an Off-Broadway run in the former home of Immersive Sweeney Todd in The Pie Shop," adds Sharp in a statement. "But for real, this show and the stories in it are dear to me, and I'm so excited to bring them to a wider, smarter, and hotter theatre-going audience. Mostly, though, performing it every night will finally give me a chance to really nail the impossible task of this show, which is memorizing 2,000 stage cues."
