TodayTix presents SONDHEIM: Strings by Candlelight to commemorate what would have been his 95th birthday by celebrating his musical brilliance and legacy. Hear iconic songs like "Being Alive" from Company, "Children Will Listen" from Into the Woods, and "Sunday" from Sunday in the Park with George in a breathtaking venue, bathed in the warm glow of candlelight.
Reimagining Sondheim's intricate scores with brand new orchestrations will be the acclaimed Tribute String Quartet, who have played in orchestras on Broadway and at the Metropolitan Opera. Our venue, St Bart's on Park Avenue, is over 100 years old and is the perfect setting for our candlelight tribute.
This unforgettable evening is a must for any Sondheim fan - his music, like you’ve never heard it before.
