Signature Theatre has named the complete cast and creative team for its production of Three Houses off Broadway. Performances of the world-premiere musical by Dave Malloy begin April 30 at the Pershing Square Signature Center; opening night has yet to be announced.

The complete Three Houses cast includes J.D. Mollison as Beckett, Mia Pak as Sadie, Margo Seibert as Susan, Henry Stram as Grandfather, Scott Stangland as Wolf, and Ching Valdes-Aran as Grandmother.

The creative team, led by director/choreographer Annie Tippe, includes music director and supervisor Or Matias, set designer dots, costume designer Haydee Zelideth, lighting designer Christopher Bowser, sound designer Nick Kourtides, and puppet designer and director James Ortiz.

Set during the pandemic, Three Houses is an "open mic night parable" that connects Susan in Latvia, Sadie in New Mexico, and Beckett in Ireland, all of whom are haunted by their grandparents and doom at their door.

Three Houses is Malloy's first new musical in New York since his Tony Award-winning Natasha, Pierre, & The Great Comet of 1812. It is also the third production in Signature's spring 2024 season, following Dominique Morisseau's Sunset Baby and Sarah Ruhl's Orlando.
