About Mary Page Marlowe:

If you looked back on eleven moments from your life, would you recognize yourself, or would you see a stranger? Mary Page Marlowe is a seemingly ordinary accountant from Ohio who has experienced pain and joy, success and failure. In this sweeping but intimate play, Tracy Letts gives us a haunting portrait of a complex woman, demonstrating how a series of forgotten moments can add up to one memorable life.

Our Mary Page Marlowe Review

I am a big fan of Tracy Letts. I was stunned by August Osage County. The story was layered and challenging. Letts’ range is vast and the paths that he chooses are not the beaten ones. His work as an actor is masterful. With Mary Page Marlowe, however, he has left me in the dust. I have no idea what was intended or why an audience was included in on the proceedings. None. Zero. Zip.
