About #DateMe: An OkCupid Experiment:

48 million Americans have tried online dating. #DateMe: An OkCupid Experiment is the outrageous, true story of one. Robyn Lynne Norris (the show’s creator and writer) is unlucky in love but determined to understand it better, so she logs on to the world’s most popular dating site: OkCupid. Creating 38 “undateable” profiles as an interactive scientific investigation into online dating, Robyn unwittingly sets in motion the social experiment of our generation. Part improv, part sketch comedy and entirely hilarious, Robyn makes one conclusive result: there’s no algorithm for love.

A New York Theatre Guide to... #DateMe: An OkCupid Experiment!
July 30, 2019

Robyn Lynne Norris is a triple threat. She’s a writer, a comedian and an actress. If you don’t know her name yet, you will. Her first full-length show, #DateMe: An OkCupid Experiment, began its New York City debut engagement at the Westside Theatre on June 20, 2019. If its run there goes anything like its previous iterations as Undateable, the longest-running premium show at Second City Hollywood which ran for 3 ½ years, or its two-act version #DateMe: An OkCupid Experiment, which just completed a 3 year run at Chicago’s Up Comedy Club, her name will soon be on everybody’s radar.

Our #DateMe: An OkCupid Experiment Review

You simply can’t go wrong choosing #DateMe: An OkCupid Experiment for an entertaining night out at the theater. It’s laugh-out-loud funny, it is absolutely like nothing you’ve ever seen before, and if you don’t walk out of the theater gobsmacked by some of the statistics you’ve heard, well, I don’t know how, but you managed to fall asleep while everyone else was laughing.
