Aaron C. Finley and Shannon O達oyle join Kinky Boots
Producers of the Tony Award-winning musical Kinky Boots have announced that Aaron C. Finley and Shannon O達oyle will join the company this summer, as Haven Burton also returns to the show.
Finley will take over the lead role of Charlie Price from Andy Kelso from 8 August 2016, whilst O達oyle will succeed Cortney Wolfson in the role of Nicola on 25 July 2016. Haven Burton will return to the role on Lauren on 15 August, taking over for Jeanna de Waal.
They will join Alan Mingo, Jr. who is currently playing Lola, and a company that also includes Daniel Stewart Sherman, Marcus Neville, Nick Rashad Burroughs, Sean Patrick Doyle, Kevin Smith Kirkwood, Fred Odgaard, Kyle Post, Hernando Umana, Adinah Alexander, Eugene Barry-Hill, Stephen Berger, Devin Trey Campbell, Christopher Convery, Alfred DalPino, Holly Davis, Jesus Del Orden, Christy Faber, Mia Gentile, Blair Goldberg, Natalie Joy Johnson, Jake Katzman, Ross Lekites, Eric Leviton, Ellyn Marie Marsh, John Jeffrey Martin, Nathan Peck, Robert Pendilla, Stephen Tewksbury, and Timothy Ware.
Aaron C. Finley's Broadway credits include 'It Shoulda Been You' and 'Rock of Ages'. Regionally he has performed in 'Diner: The Musical', 'RENT', 'JC Superstar', 'Evita' and 'A Christmas Story'.
Haven Burton has previously starred in 'Kinky Boots', 'Violet' (Standby for Sutton Foster), 'Shrek', 'Legally Blonde', and 'Rent' on Broadway.
Shannon O'Boyle's recent credits include 'Once the Musical', 'Am駘ie', 'Legally Blonde' and 'Ordinary Days'.
Kinky Boots officially opened at the Al Hirschfeld Theatre on 4 April 2013, following previews from 3 March 2013.
Based on the 2005 British comedy movie of the same name by Geoff Deane and Tim Firth, the musical features a book by Tony winner Harvey Fierstein, with music and lyrics by Grammy Award-winning artist Cyndi Lauper and is directed by Tony winner Jerry Mitchell.

The creative team behind Kinky Boots features scenic design by David Rockwell, costume design by Gregg Barnes, lighting design by Kenneth Posner and sound design by John Shivers.
The production was nominated for a total of 13 Tony Awards, of which it won six: Best Musical, Best Performance by an Actor in a Leading Role in a Musical (Billy Porter), Best Original Score (Cyndi Lauper), Best Choreography (Jerry Mitchell), Best Orchestrations (Stephen Oremus); and Best Sound Design (John Shivers).
